These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, applications, and services offered by e-Biz Technocrats Private Limited, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company ("e-Biz Tech," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including all our affiliated Divisions — e-BizSkill, Brand4Ever, Enrich App, Naukri In My City, Deshraag Foundation, IT Certification, Admission Abroad, Edu4U, and QwickTeam (collectively, the "Divisions" or "Services").

By accessing our website or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, job seekers, employers, students, trainees, clients, donors, volunteers, and business partners who access or use any part of our ecosystem, regardless of which Division's page or platform they are on.

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing our Services under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or authorized educational institution where applicable (for example, students using Edu4U or IT Certification resources). By using our Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Our Divisions & Scope of Services

• e-BizSkill: Skill development, training programs, and certifications.
• Brand4Ever: Branding, marketing, and business identity solutions.
• Enrich App: Digital and app-based services.
• Naukri In My City: Recruitment, job listings, and employer-candidate matching.
• Deshraag Foundation: Non-profit initiative for education, welfare, and community development.
• IT Certification: Professional IT training and certification programs.
• Admission Abroad: Study-abroad counselling and admission assistance.
• Edu4U: Educational courses and learning resources.
• QwickTeam: Team, staffing, and project-based service solutions.

Each Division operates as part of the unified e-Biz Tech ecosystem. We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Division or feature at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts & Registration

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Acceptable Use

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Post or transmit false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent information, including fake job postings, fabricated qualifications, or misleading business claims.
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or another user's account.
• Upload viruses, malware, or engage in activities that disrupt or damage our Services.
• Use automated tools such as bots or scrapers to extract data from our platforms without prior written consent.
• Misuse recruitment, education, or NGO features for spam, solicitation, or unrelated commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend access, or take appropriate legal action against users who violate this section.

Division-Specific Terms

Recruitment Services (Naukri In My City)

• Job listings are posted by employers and are believed to be accurate but are not independently verified by us unless stated otherwise.
• Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of resumes, qualifications, and information submitted.
• We do not guarantee employment, interview calls, or job placement outcomes.
• Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions, compliance with labor laws, and communications with candidates.

Education & Training Services (e-BizSkill, Edu4U, IT Certification)

• Enrollment in any course is subject to payment of applicable fees and completion of registration requirements.
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the required coursework, assessments, or attendance criteria, as specified for each program.
• Course content, schedules, and faculty are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of any material changes.
• Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the specific refund policy communicated at the time of enrollment.

Study Abroad & Admission Services (Admission Abroad)

• We provide counselling, guidance, and application assistance; however, admission decisions are solely made by the respective foreign universities, institutions, and visa authorities.
• We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, or visa approval.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation.

Branding, IT & Staffing Services (Brand4Ever, Enrich App, QwickTeam)

• Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are governed by a separate service agreement or proposal issued for each engagement.
• Intellectual property created for a client transfers to the client only after full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or delayed information or materials provided by the client.

Non-Profit & Community Initiatives (Deshraag Foundation)

• Donations, sponsorships, and volunteering activities are governed by applicable non-profit regulations and any separate donor or volunteer agreement.
• Donations, once made, are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of contribution.

Fees & Payments

• Fees for paid Services, including courses, certifications, consultancy, or business services, will be clearly communicated before you make a payment.
• All payments must be made through the authorized payment methods provided on the relevant Division platform.
• Prices are subject to change; however, any changes will not affect services that have already been paid for.
• Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to the specific policies of the relevant Division, communicated at the time of transaction.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and Division platforms — including logos, trademarks (such as "e-Biz," "e-BizSkill," and associated marks), text, graphics, course material, and software — is the property of e-Biz Technocrats Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use as expressly permitted.

Third-Party Links & Services

Our platforms may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services (including individual Division websites and external partners) that are not owned or controlled by e-Biz Tech. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to such links is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, e-Biz Technocrats Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliated Divisions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or employment/admission opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless e-Biz Technocrats Private Limited, its officers, employees, and Divisions from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of our Services, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of our Services, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused our platforms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, though provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and indemnification will continue to apply.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Madhya Pradesh, India.
